Love your Body… be Good to your Body.

 

Be fit not fat. Ok, I’m heavy (fat for some)… lol  but as long as I’m healthy, that’s all that matters. Love yourself enough to make that investment as far as money, time and effort. When you’re fit, you’ll have more of the time, money and energy to do the things that makes you happy. Let’s put it this way. When you’re sick, yo’ll have to go to Dr’s apointments and have to shell out extra money to pay for those visits and for the prescription meds. Can you imagine how much money you can save up at the end of the year if you keep yourself healthy? You can use that to do something fun for you and/or for your family.

Be good to your body… we should love our body no matter what our size our shape is but what I’m saying is we should love it enough to keep it healthy. No to drugs, cigarettes, junk food and everything that does our body harm.

It won’t be easy but we can take the first step today.
